Job Purpose:

  • To meet and greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To seat customers as they enter according to seating manifest.
Essential Functions:

  • Arrange tables per direction from manager based on volume and party.
  • Set all tables including tablecloth and service-ware.
  • Assist servers with duties throughout the shift including bus tables, re-fill waters, etc.
  • Pre-set dining room during dinner service.
  • Greeting and seating guests.
  • Handling all customer related situations.
  • Any other assigned duties as required.
Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced, and loud area.
  • Both brightly and dimly lit areas.
  • On vessel.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
